Leaving Saint Michel

Day One of the 2016 Tour de France will be a day for the sprinters as the peloton races away from Mont Saint Michel and finishes in Utah Beach. This drawing is how I see the day kicking off with all the big teams and big men out to grab the first yellow jersey of the Tour.

I’m very, very excited about this year’s Tour de France, I really think it will be the year Nairo Quintana makes his breakthrough and whoops Chris Froome!

But DAY ONE, will be for the fast men, so the big GC contenders will have to sit safely tucked away until it’s time for them to come out and play on another day.
