Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must damaged or the wrong item when received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In short refunds are not offered for items because you’ve changed your mind, be sure you love it before your purchase it.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Paid Ebooks or Video Classes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we are notified about your return we will send you an email and ask for photos of the damaged item. This includes the original shipping package.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the shipping process. You need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will discuss any possible variations on this. We want you to be happy.

We do not exchange artwork or posters damaged during the framing process. This is your responsibility and must purchase another print. Be careful with the prints, paper can be fragile.

Shipping returns

We do not typically have you return the damaged items if proof of damage can be documented with photos. This will be proof enough.
