We ship UPS Ground or USPS. The printing and shipping process usually takes five to seven business days. For all other countries there is an additional fee charged at checkout.

REFUNDS
As a general rule Refunds on prints and artwork purchased are not granted. In the case of loss or damage to a print, a new print will be issued. In case of loss or damage to Original Artworks, a refund will be granted.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE / TIME TO PRINT
With our Print-on-Demand process it take 5-7 business days for prints on watercolor paper. With shipping expect 10 days or less.
