With its unique whimsy and charm Michael Valenti’s paintings and digital art prints of Iconic Races, Places and Faces of Cycling brings the wonderful world of bicycle art to avid collectors everywhere.
He has traveled the globe chasing the peloton from the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia and Tour Down Under, to the famous cycling climbs of the Tourmalet, Ventoux, Stelvio and Alpe d’Huez, in search of inspiration and to experience first hand the rich history, passion and excitement of cycling culture.

Michael spends most days in his home studio when he’s not riding his bike or walking his two dogs. His studio space is Lindenhurst, IL north of Chicago on the Wisconsin border. A perfect location between Chicago and Milwaukee and quickly out the back door for a bike ride.
A lifetime of creativity.
Michael Valenti has been an artist for a very long time. In the second grade he stood up in front of his class and said “I want to be an artist, like my dad.”
Creating images and advertising campaigns as an Art Director, Designer and Illustrator for more than thirty-five years. From Fortune 500 companies to small wineries in Michigan, his work creates an emotional connection to a brand, strengthening the bond and making the sale.

Michael first worked in Boston close to where he grew up as the son of a professional illustrator, before moving away and spending 15 years at the Leo Burnett Company in Chicago, the eventually setting out on his own.
As a former Creative Director, Michael has the experience to work well with private collectors, corporate clients, event companies and passionate bicycle art fans directly.
